The Ticketing Administrator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all dispatch-related administrative and ticketing tasks. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate billing, efficient communication between drivers, supervisors, and management, and supporting operational excellence through attention to detail and effective follow-up
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and complete all ticketing and administrative paperwork related to dispatch activities
• Verify ticket accuracy and ensure all information is complete within predetermined timelines
• Follow up with drivers to address and resolve ticket deletions, deficiencies, or missing information
• Add additional charges to tickets as required (e.g., flush, chemical, wait time, etc.) prior to ticket completion
• Communicate any outstanding corrections or unresolved issues to Field Supervisors and the General Manager
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audit and billing purposes
• Support the dispatch and operations team with administrative follow-up as needed

• Two (2) years payroll experience using an electronic accounting platform. Previous knowledge of Axon will be considered an asset
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks within the time frame of deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills, especially email
• Excellent problem-solving skills and listening skills
• The ability to work alone on all tasks and with others in a team atmosphere
• Computer literate and extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office and Adobe products

*Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule, hours variable with 8 per day and or 44 per week with additional hours as required to fulfill the needs of the position
