The Dispatcher is responsible for the following duties including but not limited to:
· Planning, coordinating, and communicating dispatch projects relating to TDG for the applicable branch Sniper fleet.
· Responsible for ensuring quality of ticket flow process as required by procedure. Communicating any deficiencies in the process to Dispatch Lead. Tasks include but are not limited to:
· Understand and utilize all necessary programs needed to complete the tasks of the position including but not limited to:
· Communicate consistently throughout a 24-hour period to ensure driver safety and consistent operations excellence.
· Communicate with Field Supervisors and Shop Foremen to schedule repairs, regular maintenance, and deal with unscheduled breakdowns.
· Communicating with Dispatch Lead regarding driver schedules and any requests for time off, no shows.
· Communicate with Field Supervisor and Dispatch Lead regarding driver deficiencies and or to contribute to follow up required for incident investigations.
· Review tank farm inventory with Dispatch Lead to ensure billing has been accurately completed for chemical use/purchase.
· Responsible for communicating with customers, suppliers, and all departments of Sniper organization.
· Attend any required training to update skills or renew knowledge of legislation relating to the operation of Transportation of Dangerous Goods and Department of Transportation Regulations.
· Demonstrate commitment to Sniper Health and Safely policies, safe work procedures and all required completion of documents.
· Participate readily during the three (3) month evaluation, annual evaluations of the position.
· Communicate any workplace issues to HR for review and follow up.
· Attend all safety meetings as required by Management.
· Complete and consistently maintain Workhub orientation and certification as required by Sniper policy.
· Complete E-Timesheets and submit them to payroll department due at end of every shift.

· 3 years Oilfield and/or TDG dispatch experience including knowledge of HOS, DOT regulations and Journey Management.
· Formal external certification showing dispatcher training completed.
· Read and write English. Average technical knowledge to conduct cell phone application training.
· Computer literate/experience with Axon an asset.
· Above average communication skills.
· Class 1 driver’s license

*Schedule: Eight (8) days on six (6) days off: In the office 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 24 hours per day on call. Available to travel for up to two weeks to cover dispatcher duties within other Sniper branches.
Requirements: Pre hire/Post Incident/Re hire drug and alcohol testing is required
